Legal basis and subsidies:
According to Legea nr. 285 din 15.12.2017 privind asigurarea subvenționată a riscurilor agricole în Republica Moldova, farmers can benefit from state subsidies for the payment of agricultural insurance premiums, which makes this insurance more accessible and attractive.
