• the total value of the contractual works upon completion of the assembly, including transport costs, customs duties, taxes, the cost of assembly, wages and materials or goods supplied by the contractor • the replacement value of the installations, equipment and machines used in the assembly, namely the cost of replacing the insured goods with new goods of the same kind and the same capacity.

What is the insured period for Construction-Assembly Insurance?

• The insurer's liability begins with the start of the works, upon unloading the first materials on the site, after the works start date specified in the works execution contract, and continues until after handover on the site depending on the construction-assembly works or after the first operational test or load test. The period may be extended by the warranty period provided for in the contract.
